RYME Coaching Deep // 10 Sessions

The time to choose yourself is always now.

This program includes 10 virtual sessions:

• 5 somatic release + movement / nervous system regulation + breathwork sessions with Hanna
• 5 EMDR/ hypnotherapy sessions with Loes
• RYME baseline form (before sessions begin) 

We suggest meeting with us regularly, once a week if possible, alternating between Hanna and Loes.

Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes, and post-session micro coaching and encouragement is available from both Hanna & Loes via text.
